COMPLEX FILM FOR VACUUM INSULATION PANEL AND VACUUM INSULATION PANEL APPLIED THE SAME

PURPOSE: A co-extruded film is provided to improve long term endurance of a vacuous insulator by forming an inorganic arc layer consisting of mineral components such as alumina and silica on a protective layer. CONSTITUTION: The co-extruded film for the vacuous insulator(200) includes a protective layer(210) absorbing and dispersing external shock; a barrier layer(220), which is adhered at the lower part of the protective layer, and secludes inflow of external gas or moisture; a sealing layer(230), which is adhered at the lower part of the barrier layer, and is closely adhered to the surface of a core material. The protective layer has an inorganic arc layer consisting of mineral components. The mineral components are either alumina or silica. The protective layer is formed by adhering a nylon film and a PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) film. The protective layer is formed to expose the PET film to outside. The inorganic arc layer is formed in the lower part of the PET film. A thickness of the inorganic arc layer is 5~300 nm. The sealing layer is formed of a film consisting of LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene), LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene), and HDPE [High Density Polyethylene] or CPP (Casting Polypropylene). The barrier layer is formed by adhering an aluminum foil and an EVOH (Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol) film. The vacuous insulator includes the core materials; a coating material, which is formed into the co-extruded film having the barrier feature to gas or moisture and covers up the core material.
