PURPOSE: A 360° rotary electric fan is provided to be securely mounted on various parts of a building by using a support which can support the installation part of a ventilation part. CONSTITUTION: A 360° rotary electric fan comprises an installation unit(10), a supporting frame(20), a first drive motor(30), a first bearing(40), a principal axis(50), an electrode unit(60), a second bearing, a base plate(90), a second driver motor, a ventilation unit and an angle support stand. The supporting frame is installed in the wall or ceiling with fixed and combined on a center part of a lower plate. The first drive motor is fixed on an upper plate and comprises a reducer. The first drive motor is driven with a power supply device. The first bearing is installed on the bottom surface of the upper plate. The rotary shaft of the first drive motor passes through the upper plate. The principal axis is rotated with the rotary shaft. The electrode unit is installed in the fixed space in the outer circumference of the principal axis. The second bearing is installed in the bottom surface of the lower plate. The principal axis is penetrated through the second bearing. The ventilation unit is connected to a motor shaft of the second driver motor to rotate. The angle support stand is combined on both end of the base plate and the outer circumference of the principal axis.
