PURPOSE: An internal-gear assembly of a start motor is provided to effectively absorb shock from the outside and prevent damage by enhancing durability. CONSTITUTION: An internal-gear assembly of a start motor comprises a ring gear(110), a ring-gear support(120) and a damper unit(130). A planetary gear is installed in the ring gear. The ring-gear support couples the ring gear to constrain the rotation of the ring gear. The damper unit is installed between the ring gear and the ring-gear support. The damper unit alleviates shock applied to the ring gear through the planetary gear.
