PURPOSE: A refrigerator is provided to improve cooling efficiency of the ice compartment since the cool air opening part is formed long in the top and bottom and sufficient flow of cold air is secured. CONSTITUTION: The refrigerator(1) includes: a cabinet(10); a refrigerator compartment door(11); a freezer compartment door; a ice compartment; a dispenser; a cabinet duct(700); a ice compartment duct. The cabinet includes refrigerator compartment(102) and freezer compartment(104). The refrigerator compartment door and freezer compartment door open and close the refrigerator compartment respectively. The ice compartment forms heat insulation space in the refrigerator compartment door. The ice maker is installed in the ice compartment. The dispenser ejects the inside ice of the ice compartment. The cold air for de-icing is flown in the cabinet duct. The opening of the cabinet duct is opened toward the inside of the refrigerator compartment. The opening of the ice compartment duct is connected with the cabinet duct according to the turning of the door. The openings of the ice compartment duct and the cabinet duct are formed longer in the top and bottom.
