The method involves determining stored position of an output element (3) of an electromotor drive (1) by reading a counter value and recognizing a desired adjusting direction. The counter value is adjusted by adding or deriving of an impulse, which is processed from a counter-electromotive force of the drive that comprises LED. A correction value is determined, during holding of the drive based on boundary conditions, where speed and/or load are recorded as the conditions. The counter value is corrected based on the determined correction value, and stored as an actual position of the element. An independent claim is also included for a device for positioning the output element of the electromotor drive. |
