PURPOSE: A water pump for reducing the axial force of an impeller is provided to improve the durability of the pump and maintain the axial force of the impeller below the set value regardless of the impeller speed. CONSTITUTION: A water pump includes an impeller(110), an axial part(112) to which a rotary shaft is coupled, a vane(115) which is arranged in the circumferential direction around the axial part, and a main plate(120) in which the vane is projected and a toothed part(121) is formed at a certain angle to the vane.
