<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating structure for a drive force transmitting device which can improve lubricating performance by inhibiting the lubricating oil discharge action of a bearing. <P>SOLUTION: The lubricating structure of the present invention has a rest side wall part 66 whose position in the axial direction is disposed between a turning bearing 51 and an oil seal 53 and is formed within a predetermined range in the circumferential direction including a lower position in the vertical direction. The rest side wall part 66 and the turning bearing 51 are faced to each other in the axial direction in the lower position in the vertical direction. An oil reservoir 67 is formed on an end face side in the axial direction of the oil seal 53 in a rest side case 50.
