PURPOSE: A washing method and a washing machine are provided to reduce the entire process time with filtering and rinsing before dehydration. CONSTITUTION: If eccentricity is within an allowed value, a controller performs filtering and rinsing with the acceleration of a drum(222). In order that the laundry sticks to the drum, the controller revolves the drum under the control of a driving unit. The controller sprays washing water through a second nozzle into the drum with the opening of a second water supply valve. The controller gradually rapidly revolves the drum. The controller performs simple dehydration after the shutting of the second water supply valve(223).
