FLOATING OFFSHORE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A floating offshore structure is provided to be stably operated under extreme wave condition by reducing the vertical vibration. CONSTITUTION: A floating offshore structure comprises a pillar shaped body(10) and a vibration reducing member(30). The pillar shaped body floats on the surface of the sea. The vibration reducing member is installed in the body and is located on the lower of the sea surface. The vibration reducing member damps the up and down motion of the body. The vibration reducing member comprises a damping body(32) and a plurality of through hole parts(34). The damping body is extended toward the outside of the body. A plurality of through hole parts is extended to the upward and downward through the damping body.
