Method for manufacturing convector sheet metal for radiators, its manufacturing process and respective convector sheet and radiator therewith

The method involves unwinding a band (1) of aluminum or aluminum alloy from a coil (2), and continuously deforming the band in a meander-shaped cross section by rollers (3a, 3b) of a roller pair (3). The meander shaped deformed band is cut into convector plates (6), where the convector plates exhibit a thickness of 0.15 to 0.5 mm. A flat contact surface is attached to the band for fastening the convector plates with a part of a radiator (9) during deforming of the band, where heating medium is guided through the part of the radiator. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a convector plate comprising a set of contact surfaces for heat transmission part of a radiator (2) a method for manufacturing a radiator.
