PURPOSE: An individual health management method and system thereof are provided to measure human body information of a user and informatize correlation between the measured human body information, thereby effectively managing health and diseased of the user. CONSTITUTION: A manager device includes as follows. A data analyzer(220) analyzes correlation between career information of a user and body information. A data generator(230) generates health care information. The health care information shows correlation between the career information of a user and body information. A display unit(240) displays health care information to the user. A data storage unit(250) stores the career information of the user.
