packing facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cross welder 11 used in machine for making, filling-in and sealing of bags made of hose film. Device has two heat-welding members 31, 32 with flat contact surfaces 33, 34 arranged in clearance 16 between two pairs of clamping jaws 12, 13, 14, 15 and cutoff knife 35 for cutting cross seam made by heat-welding members 31, 32 in longitudinal direction. To protect knife 35 from heating by heat-welding members 31, 32, it is made movable and is installed separately from heat-welding members 31, 32. When knife is returned to initial position, it is brought beyond the limits of space in which heat-welding members 31, 32 move. For this purpose hole 46 is provided in one of clamping jaws. Knife 36 in initial position gets into hole of jaw 14. Lever 36 on which knife 35 is secured also projects from hole 46. At such design of device, knife 35 has temperature at which burning of product particles to surface is prevented. EFFECT: provision of easy cutting off of packed bags from hose. 5 cl, 1 dwg |
