SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TRACING LOCATION BAGGAGE

PURPOSE: A global luggage positioning system and method thereof is provided to enable passengers to check locations of their luggage in real time by transmitting location information of luggage through a Bluetooth communication to passenger terminals. CONSTITUTION: An RFID tag(110) is attached to a luggage of each passenger. The RFID tags record passenger ID information of relevant passengers. An RFID readers(120) reads the passenger ID information from the RFID tags. A control server(140) receives the passenger ID information and inherent IDs of the RFID readers from the RFID readers. The control server transmits luggage location information with a terminal(160) for a passenger.
