PURPOSE: A microfluidic chip is provided to induce active mobility of antibody and antigen with enough time. CONSTITUTION: A microfluidic chip comprises: an inlet(110) for inflow of a sample; a nanoparticle adhesion region having an antibody which is conjugated with nanoparticles; a time delay region for providing enough time for binding between the antigen and the antibody by reducing flow rate of the sample; a reaction unit(120) having a contact angle control region for enhancing flow speed of the sample; and an outlet(130) for outflow of the sample. The nanoparticle is formed of poly styrene.
