OPENING AND SHUTTING DEVICE OF AN ENGINE HOOD FOR A CONSTRUCTION MACHINE

PURPOSE: An engine hood opening/closing device of construction equipment is provided to facilitate repair and replacement work using the facilitative opening and closing operation of an engine hood. CONSTITUTION: An engine hood opening/closing device of construction equipment comprises an engine hood(10) and a gas spring(11). A free cleaner opening(10a) and an outlet exhaust pipe opening(10b) is formed on the engine hood. The engine hood can be opened and closed by a medium of a hinge(12) to rotate. The gas spring is fixed to one part of a supporting frame(5). One end part of gas spring is fixed to one part of the engine hood. The engine hood is fixed to the corresponding supporting frame using a fixing member.
