PURPOSE: A direct-cooling type refrigerator with a defrosting system is provided to actively and rapidly eliminate frost from an evaporator using a heater arranged on the outer surface of the evaporator. CONSTITUTION: A direct-cooling type refrigerator with a defrosting system comprises a compressor(120), a condenser, an evaporator, and a temperature controller(160). The condenser is connected to the compressor and condenses refrigerants. The evaporator is connected to the compressor and the condenser and generates cold air by circulating the refrigerators. A heater(140) is arranged on the outer surface of the evaporator. When the refrigerator performs defrosting, the temperature controller powers the heater to eliminate frost from the evaporator. |
