HANDWRITING INPUT DEVICE HAVING THE DOCUMENT EDITTING FUNCTION AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A handwriting input device having a document editing function and method thereof are provided to enable a user to easily edit text anytime by displaying a text input unit on the left or right of the text to be edited when a second display unit is dragged to left/right direction. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(110) inputs handwriting by a user. A writing sensing unit detects the handwriting inputted in the input unit. A writing display unit(160) displays the handwriting. The writing display unit is formed at the same area as the input unit. A first display unit(170) displays the text corresponding to the detected handwriting. A second display unit(180) is synchronized with the first display unit and displays the same text as the text of the first display unit.
