PURPOSE: A media edition device, a method for providing a media edition service, and a web server are provided to increase the satisfaction of the sound quality even in producing a content using both a mono audio and a stereo audio. CONSTITUTION: A separator(210) divides a multi-track media file into a first media file and a second media file. The multi-track media file simultaneously reproduces or selectively reproduces the first media file and the second media file. A decoding unit(220) creates each media signal by decoding the separated the first media file or the second media file. A channel copy unit(230) copies a mono channel audio signal corresponding to the multi-track media.
