PURPOSE: A driving circuit chip and display device including the same are provided to prevent the increase of resistance in performing a COG bonding by widening the area of an input end bump of the driving circuit. CONSTITUTION: A driving circuit chip(120) comprises a main body(128), first input part bumps(122), second input part bumps(124), and output part bumps. The first input part bumps and the second input part bumps receive various signals and voltages from an external driving unit. The first input part bumps and the second input part bumps supplies the received signals and voltages to a circuit which is embedded to the main body of the driving circuit chip. The first input part bumps and the second input part bumps are electrically connected with each other in the main body. |
