摘要 PURPOSE: A ceramic coating material is provided to ensure excellent profitability of ceramic coating, good coating state after coating and excellent ceramic characteristics and to ensure fuse coating used at a relatively low process temperature. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic coating material comprises 20~30 weight% of composite materials, 10~20 weight% of silicate powder, 5~10 weight% of sodium carbonate, 15~20 weight% of borax, 5~10 weight% of sodium nitrate, 4~5 weight% of fluorite, 1~4 weight% of cobalt oxide and 1~3 weight% of antimony oxide. The composite material includes 45~50 weight% of SiO2, 14~18 weight% of Al2O3, 2~4 weight% of Fe2O3, 6~8 weight% of FeO, 8~10 weight% of CaO, 1~3 weight% of K2O, 2~4 weight% of Na2O, 1~3 weight% of TiO2, 0.5~1 weight% of P2O6 and 0.1~0.5 weight% of MnO.
