PURPOSE: A buffer is provided to prevent the excessively increasing of inside pressure of a back pressure chamber in the opening of a main valve. CONSTITUTION: A buffer comprises a cylinder(2), a reservoir(4), and a volume compensation chamber. A piston(5) can move within the cylinder with inserted. The cylinder is divided with the piston into a cylinder upper chamber(2A) and a cylinder lower chamber(2B). The piston is connected with one end of a piston rod(6) using a screwnut(7). The reservoir is formed between cylinder and outer tube(3). The volume compensation chamber is partitioned from a pilot chamber by the baffle member. The volume compensation chamber is communicated in the downstream side of the main valve. |
