PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hard-coated film by a plasma surface treatment is provided to ensure hard coating and anti-pollution and to improve adhesion. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hard-coated film comprises: a step of performing plasma surface treatment; a step of coating a coating solution on the surface of the substrate; and a step of dying and hardening the coated layer. The working pressure of the plasma surface treatment is 1-100 mTorr. The hardening is photocuring. The plastic substrate is polyethylene terephthalate. The inlet gas during the plasma surface treatment is 5-100 sccm of oxygen.
