PURPOSE: A pile knitting machine is provided to accurately and quickly knit a pile and to easily form a half pile and whole pile of a fabric. CONSTITUTION: A pile knitting machine of a circular knitting machine comprises an operation unit(130,140) for a knitting first and second piles at the left and right sides of an actuator. The operation unit for a knitting first pile comprises: upper and lower operation member(131a,131b) which is rotationally mounted from a pivot point at one side of a sinker cover; a first cylinder(132) having upper and lower piston rod(132a,132b) which independently rotates the upper and lower operation members; and a first bracket for supporting the first cylinder. |
