PURPOSE: A personal air purifier is provided to user to obtain clean air purified anywhere. CONSTITUTION: The personal air purifier includes: a housing(11); an filtering and purifying unit; at least one electric fan; and an air speed control device. The housing comprises an air inlet(14) and one or more vent(15). The filtering and purifying unit is accepted to the housing consisting of one or more purification element. At least one electric fan is installed to the housing. The air speed control device is accepted to the housing. Under the control of the air speed control device, the fan can concentrate pebble through the air inlet to the housing. The air is provided to the user through the filtering and purifying unit and the vent. The most of the harmful materials of in the air are removed by the filtering and the purification of filtering and purifying unit. The user can obtain air which is well purified.
