PURPOSE: A paging control apparatus and a method thereof are provided to process the paging treatment for all packets flowed into a mobile terminal of the idle mode. CONSTITUTION: An analysis and paging determining unit(202) compartmentalized whether the target service is or not to the packet filtered at first in an access controller. An analysis and paging decision device filters the unnecessary packet at second. The analysis and paging decision device judge whether a paging is or not. A paging controller(203) processes the paging to the corresponding mobile terminal according to the decision result at the analysis and paging determining unit. A buffer(204) buffers the incoming packet. |
