PURPOSE: A foot rest for posture correction is provided to induce the fixed posture of a user and to remove bad feeling. CONSTITUTION: A foot rest for posture correction comprises: a support(1) which offers an upper plate(3) in order to place feet in a predetermined height; footwear(7) which is worn on a user; and a footwear fixing unit which is prepared in the bottom side and support of the footwear in order to selectively joint the footwear to the support. The footwear fixing unit uses magnetic force of a magnet(9).
