PURPOSE: A connection member and a perforated plate pipe therewith are provided to minimize a welding work for coupling cover members by assembling the cover members using the connection member. CONSTITUTION: A connection member(100) connects cover members of a personal protection cover each other and comprises a helical spring(110) and connection arms(120). The helical spring is formed in a cylindrical shape. The connection arms are arranged on a straight line parallel to the center axis(x) of the helical spring and are extended from both sides of the helical spring. Fixing units(130) are formed in one end of each connection arm and are refracted in the direction of the helical spring.
