PURPOSE: RFID based recyclable materials and a leftover-based meter-rate system are provided to enable a point management server to acquire the measured information by measuring the RFID tag information obtained by the RF tag reader provided on a waste bin and the weight information. CONSTITUTION: RFID based recyclable materials and a leftover-based meter-rate system comprise: a measurement unit(400) for measuring the weight of the leftover rice and recycled goods; a leftover and recyclable material collection unit(500) for transmitting the information on the read RFID tag and measured weight to a point management server(70) in which the point management server receives the information on the transmitted leftover rice and the weight of the recycled goods weight and then converts the received information into points; and an operation control unit(600) for identifying the discharge type selected by a user from the data that a monitoring unit displayed. |
