FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device intended for production of rubber belt material comprising cord. Proposed device comprises extruder with built-in controlled rate gear pump and feed screw to extrude uncured rubber around cord to make endless rubber belt. Additionally, device comprises gear pump rate control device and rubber belt height-and-width metre to generate measurement result signal. Said metre may be connected to gear pump rate control device to generate size measurement signal and transmit is to control device. Note here that gear pump rate may be controlled by said control device proceeding from, at least, one measurement result signal. ^ EFFECT: expanded pump rate control range covering 5 - 100% of operating speed range, rubber belt with high shape reproducibility and degree of plastication. ^ 9 cl, 3 dwg |
