FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: oil-oxidising microorganisms are immobilised at temperature 15-30C in a gelling medium produced of 3-5 % sodium alginate and 5 % calcium sulphate. It is followed with simultaneous homogenising and granulation of the immobilised microorganisms with a hydrophobisated silicon dioxide powder at mixer rotation speed 2000 to 3000 rpm.
