FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: flywheel is made in form of case positioned on shaft and containing fly ring and liquid of high viscosity. In the case of the flywheel there is made a cavity with blades on internal side separated from blades of the fly ring with damping liquid. Inside the cavity there is made a guiding collar conjugated to a slot on the fly ring. ^ EFFECT: increased smoothness of rotation under non-stable modes and stabilisation of drive operation at brief dynamic loads. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
