FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: for thrombin production measurement, a layer of said sample contacts with a fluorogenic substratum of thrombin where the thickness of said layer is 0.05 to 5 mm, while the surface area is 10 to 500 mm2. Further, the thrombin production environment in said sample is provided. It is followed by measuring the fluorescence emitted from the layer surface by a fluorescent group released by the fluorescent substratum as a result of an enzymatic action of produced thrombin on said fluorogenic substratum.
