FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: for each class of resources, a scale factor of usage is detected and compared to a threshold value. Then a model of non-persistency characteristic is developed for each class, including input values of non-persistency characteristic corresponding to cycles of non-persistency update in a window of non-persistency models. If the scale factor is in the first range corresponding to a low load at a resource, the class model includes unimpeded input values, which make it possible for devices to try using the resource. Otherwise a class model is created, which includes at least one blocking input value, which impedes trying to use the resource for the whole cycle of non-persistency update to all class devices. Then, at each cycle of non-persistency update in the window of non-persistency models, the input value of non-persistency characteristic model is delivered from the model into devices. ^ EFFECT: less accumulation of devices, which failed test for non-persistency, with access to the resource in the communications system. ^ 10 cl, 10 dwg |
