A process for the production of polyphenol food concentrate provides for processing of plant raw material, mixing thereof with ethyl alcohol, infusing, separation of extract from solid phase and concentration thereof under vacuum up to complete removal of alcohol, mixing of concentrates and addition of sugar to the mixture. Mellow cherry plum fruit and leaves are used as raw material, raw material extraction is performed with use of aqueous-alcoholic solution, extracts are mixed, concentrated up to full removal of alcohol and water, and then saccharose is added. |
