An installation for drying solid insulations of transformer high-voltage leads comprises a conductive sealed cylindrical cabinet, on the external surface a heat insulator is installed, two insulation heat-resistant bushings for fixation of ends of conductive tubes of high-voltage bushing, a vacuum-pumping system for the drying cabinet, a condensate collection tank, a temperature sensor, a pressure-measuring device inside the drying cabinet, a low-voltage measuring bridge and a high-voltage generator. The low-voltage measuring bridge is connected to solid insulation of high-voltage transformer lead. High-voltage generator output via a matching device is connected to one of ends of short-wave band radiator fixed in the central hole one of hermetic removable flanges installed on both sides of the drying chamber. A diameter of the drying chamber and length thereof is less than wave length of shortwave range in material of solid insulation of high voltage input. |
