PURPOSE: A multi-metal catalyst and a producing method of aromatic alcohol using thereof are provided to secure the catalyst intensity loss rate before and after the hydrogenation less than 50%. CONSTITUTION: A multi-metal catalyst contains 40~90wt% of copper, 5~40wt% of zinc, and 1~30wt % of germanium. The multi-metal catalyst is obtained by plasticizing copper acetate monohydrate, acetic acid zinc dehydrate, and germanium dioxide at 200~700deg C. The multi-metal catalyst additionally contains 0.1~1part of metal by weight selected from the group consisting of titanium, cobalt, manganese, and their compound for 100parts of the mixture by weight including the copper, the zinc, and the germanium. |
