PURPOSE: A device for forward and backward movement of fork members of an electrode feeding device is provided to reduce the time required for manufacturing one electrode and to enable mass production of a battery or capacitor due to high productivity of the electrode. CONSTITUTION: A device(330) for forward and backward movement of fork members of an electrode feeding device comprises: a plurality of guide devices for guiding the forward and backward movement of a plurality of fork members(320); a support member in which a plurality of guide devices are fixed; a plurality of link bars which is foldably connected to the rear part of the fork member and the support member; a pair of elastic members(342) for the return; a plurality of cams(349); a plurality of cam followers(345) contacting the cams; a shaft(350); and a driving member.
