PURPOSE: An energy storage device including a current collector with the improved adhesive and a metal foil for the current collector are provided to improve the bonding force of the current collector and active materials by roughening the surface of the current collector. CONSTITUTION: An upper housing(112) and a lower housing(114) are based on metal materials. An anode plate, a separating film, and a cathode plate are contained in a housing(110). An electrode element is composed of the stack of the anode plate, the separating film, and the cathode plate and is wound. Electrolyte is contained in the housing, and the electrode element is immerged in the electrolyte. An electrode terminal(120) is protruded to the outside of the housing. A plurality of lead wires connects respect electrode plate of the electrode element and electrode terminal.
