Agent comprises: a first water-in-oil emulsion comprising one or more alkalizing agent, water, one or more surfactant, and 30-70 wt.% of one or more oil free of carboxylic acid group; and a second water-in-oil emulsion comprising one or more oxidizing agent, water, one or more surfactant and 30-70 wt.% of one or more oil free of carboxylic acid group. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process for coloring and/or bleaching the keratin material comprising applying the first emulsion and then the second emulsion on the dry or wet keratin material, without intermediate rinsing step; and (2) a multi compartment device or kit for coloring and/or bleaching, comprising a first compartment comprising the first emulsion and a second compartment comprising the second emulsion.
