PURPOSE: Digital contents sharing device, system and method are provided to solve user inconvenience caused by the closure of DRM(Digital Rights Management), to share the digital contents applied to the DRM between various devices, and to prevent the illegal distribution of the digital contents. CONSTITUTION: A decoding unit(120) decodes encoded digital contents. A fingerprint unit(130) inserts the fingerprint to the decoded digital contents on a basis of the information for tracking an outflow path and stores the digital contents in which fingerprint is inserted. A transmit unit(140) transmits the digital contents in which fingerprint is inserted to the second device. The fingerprint unit converts the decoded digital contents with corresponding to the second device and inserts the fingerprint into the converted digital contents.
