PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device and manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase a transparent electrode using transparent electrode material capable of replacing with indium. CONSTITUTION: A data line and a gate line crosses with a substrate. A thin film transistor is formed in the cross area of the data line and the gate line. A common electrode is formed within the cross area of the gate line and the data line. A pixel electrode(PXL) is formed in the common electrode in the cross area. |
