Described is a method for manufacturing a roof for a construction structure, which has a plurality of beams extending between walls of the construction structure, including locating a plurality of first block members between the adjacent beams for defining a concrete receiving surface. A second block member is subsequently mounted over each of the first block members opposite the concrete receiving surface, where the second members define a surface facing the inner portion of the construction.
