PURPOSE: A battery pack and a method for fabricating the same are provided to ensure enough output and capacity in a notebook computer, electric tool, and electric bicycle. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack comprises: a plurality of battery cells(100a,100b,100c,100d) which are connected in serial or parallel; a PCM(Protect Circuit Module)(400) controlling the charging/discharging of battery cells; and a coverlay(300) which electrically connects the battery cells and PCM. The coverlay comprises a plurality of wires. A battery connection pad connected to the battery cells is included at the end of one side of the wire. A module connection pad connected to PCM is included at the end of the other side of the wire. A lead layer is included on the battery connect pad. |
