PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal organizer which can prevent a bookmark from falling down and being caught to a filing paper and having good operability, the filing paper, and the bookmark. SOLUTION: The personal organizer 1 includes: the bookmark 6 used as a mark put between pages of the filing papers 5; and an interference plate 16 positioning the bookmark 6 between the pages of the filing papers 5 and holding it not to fall down from the filing papers 5.
