VACUUM GLASS PANEL COMPRISING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A vacuum glass panel is provided to improve a supporting force of spacer by enhancing a compressive strength of spacer, and to optimize a shape feature, a layout type and an arrangement distance of a spacer in consideration of a distribution of stresses added to a glass plate. CONSTITUTION: The vacuum glass panel(100) includes a first glass plate(10); a second glass plate(20) facing the first glass plate based on a vacuum space(60); and a plurality of spacers(30) arranged between the first glass plate and the second glass plate. The plurality of spacers is formed into a glass containing alumina(Al2O3) particles and silica particles(SiO2). The manufacturing method of the vacuum glass panel includes following steps.(a) A spacer paste is prepared.(b) The paste is screen printed on the first glass plate or the second glass plate, dried and forms a plurality of spacers.(c) The first glass plate and the second glass plate are laminated based on the plurality of spacers.(d) And the edges of the first glass plate and the second glass plate are sealed. The internal space is exhausted and the vacuum space is formed.
