METHOD FOR COMPREHENSIVE DETECTION OF FIVE TYPES OF VIRUSES HIV, HCV, HBV, PVB19 AND WNV EACH HAVING MULTIPLE GENOTYPES, AND PRIMER SETS, MICROARRAYS AND KIT FOR DETECTION OF VIRUSES

Disclosed are: a method for comprehensively detecting five types of viruses HIV, HCV, HBV, PvB19 and WNV each having multiple genotypes with high specificity and high sensitivity; and primer sets, microarrays and a kit for use in the detection of viruses. Each of HIV, HCV, HBV, PvB19 and WNV each having a multiple genotypes can be detected by amplifying a gene of each of HIV, HCV, HBV, PvB19 and WNV by PCR using a genotype-specific primer and hybridizing a PCR amplification product with a DNA microarray. By using primer sets and probe sets for virus detection uses, five types of viruses HIV, HCV, HBV, PvB19 and WNV each having multiple genotypes can be detected with high specificity and high sensitivity.
