<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin film solar battery module in which a plurality of unit cells are plainly arranged and connected in series, and which has a simple configuration and can be manufactured in a simple process. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the organic thin film solar battery module in which a plurality of unit cells are plainly arranged and connected in series, each unit cell has a first electrode layer formed on a transparent substrate, a photoelectric conversion layer formed on the first electrode layer and a second electrode layer formed on the photoelectric conversion layer, the photoelectric conversion layer of a certain unit cell and the photoelectric conversion layer of another unit cell are formed as a continuing film, and a light shielding portion for preventing light irradiation to the photoelectric conversion layer is formed on the transparent substrate so as to be positioned between the first electrode layer of the certain unit cell and the first electrode layer of the other unit cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
