PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a deeply black dye mixture highly soluble in cold water and favorable in the wash-out tendency or the like of unfixed dye portion thereof by including each specific two kinds of disazo dyes and a specific monoazo dye. SOLUTION: This dye mixture is obtained by including (A) 65-95 wt.%, pref. 70-90 wt.%, of a disazo dye of formula I (Y is vinyl or a substituent formable into vinyl through being eliminated by the action of an alkali; M is H or an alkali metal), (B) 1-30 wt.%, pref. 5-28 wt.%, of a monoazo dye of formula II and (C) 1-25 wt.%, pref. 2-12 wt.%, of a disazo dye of formula III. Using this dye mixture, a hydroxyl and/or carboxyamido-contg. textile material is dyed by the aid of heat, an alkali or heat plus alkali. |
