PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device of a vehicle, making exhaust gas hard to be visible. SOLUTION: The vehicular exhaust device 1 includes an exhaust pipe 10 with a terminal end 10A directed in a vehicle traveling direction, a tube member 12 mounted to the terminal end 10A of the exhaust pipe 10, a plurality of spacers 16 arranged at intervals between the terminal end 10A of the exhaust pipe 10 and the tube member 12, a bolt 18 fixing the tube member 12 to the terminal end 10A of the exhaust pipe 10 via the spacers 16, and a baffle 14 arranged opposite to the tube member 12. Exhaust gas discharged from the tube member 12, after advancing forward of the vehicle, collides against the baffle 14 and is reflected backward of the vehicle. As the plurality of spacers 16 are arranged at intervals between the terminal end 10A of the exhaust pipe 10 and the tube member 12, parts of the exhaust gas reflected by the baffle 14 are drawn into the inside of the tube member 12 from between the adjacent spacers 16.
