<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green-enclosed lens-type retroreflection sheet having higher retroreflective ability than a conventional green-enclosed lens-type retroreflection sheet and high Y value, and free from generation of wrinkles after attaching the retroreflection sheet to a substrate, such as an aluminum plate or an acrylic plate. <P>SOLUTION: The lens enclosed-type retroreflection sheet includes at least a surface protective layer, one or more holding layers holding glass spheres, glass spheres, a focus-forming layer, and a specular reflective layer.
